Kevin Charlton

Kevin M. Charlton has served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of River Hollow Partners since its formation in October 2013. In this role, he oversees the firm's operations and strategic initiatives. Mr. Charlton is also the Managing Partner of River Hollow Partners, where he leverages his extensive experience in private equity to drive growth and value creation. In addition to his responsibilities at River Hollow Partners, Mr. Charlton has been a prominent figure in the SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) landscape. He has been the Co-Chairman of NewHold Enterprises LLC since 2017, further solidifying his influence in the sector. His leadership extends to Evolv Technologies, where he has been a director on the Board since July 2021. With a robust track record in both private equity and SPAC sponsorship, Mr. Charlton is recognized for his significant contributions to the industry.
