Daniel M. McCabe

Daniel M. McCabe has been an independent director on the board since April 2022 and is currently the managing partner of 1200 Summer Street Associates. He has also served as a member of the board of directors of Yotta Acquisition Corporation since April 2022. Mr. McCabe's legal career commenced as an assistant clerk of the Superior Court in Stamford from 1974 to 1976. Following this role, he established his own legal practice, where he has continued to build a distinguished career in law and corporate governance.
