Brandon Miller

Brandon Miller will serve as an independent director on our board, effective upon the registration statement's effectiveness of which this prospectus forms a part. He has been a member of the board of directors of Yotta Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: YOTA) since April 2022. In addition to his role in the SPAC sector, Mr. Miller is the managing partner at Aspect Property Management LLC, a property management company based in Connecticut. His extensive experience in both property management and corporate governance positions him as a valuable asset to our board.
