Todd L. Boehly

Todd L. Boehly has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of HAC (NYSE: HZAC) since June 12, 2020. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Chairman on July 15, 2020. In addition to his role at HAC, Mr. Boehly serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of HAC II (NYSE: HZON), both of which are blank check companies co-founded by an affiliate of his sponsor. Mr. Boehly is the Co-founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Eldridge, a holding company that operates a diverse network of businesses across finance, technology, real estate, and entertainment.
