Timothy H. Day

Timothy H. Day is a Managing Director at First Reserve, where he co-heads the firm’s buyout funds and brings extensive experience in the energy industry. His leadership and expertise have significantly contributed to First Reserve's strategic initiatives and investment decisions. In addition to his role at First Reserve, Mr. Day has been a director of PBF Energy Inc. since its formation in November 2011. He has also served as a director of PBF LLC and its predecessors since March 2008, demonstrating his long-standing commitment to the organization and the energy sector.
