Robert Tichio

Robert Tichio is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the SPAC sector and currently serves as the chief executive officer of DCRD, a position he has held since March 15, 2022. He has been a member of the DCRD Board since February 2021. Additionally, Mr. Tichio has been a member of the DCRC Board since February 2021 and has served on the DCRN Board since December 4, 2020. Following the consummation of the business combination, he will also serve as a Class I Director of New Solid Power. In addition to his roles in various SPACs, Mr. Tichio is a partner and managing director at Riverstone Holdings LLC, where he contributes his expertise in investment and strategic management. His leadership capabilities are further demonstrated by his position as a non-executive member and Chair of the board of directors since January 2022. Mr. Tichio's involvement in the SPAC landscape dates back to March 2014, when he became a member of the Hammerhead Board. His extensive experience and leadership roles across multiple SPACs underscore his significant contributions to the industry.
