Richard J. Hendrix

Richard J. Hendrix has been the Chief Executive Officer of our organization since 2019 and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since its inception in 2020. He possesses extensive experience in executive leadership, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, and corporate finance, particularly within the context of public companies. Prior to his current role, Mr. Hendrix was the Chief Executive Officer of Live Oak and served as a director on its Board from May 2020 to December 2020. His leadership and strategic insights have been instrumental in guiding the organization through various phases of growth and development in the competitive landscape of SPACs.
