Kevin Chen has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of EDOC since September 2020. He is also the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Economist of Horizon Financial, a position he has held since May 2018. In addition to his roles at EDOC and Horizon Financial, Mr. Chen is a member of the Board of Directors and a founder of the Sponsor. He has served as a Director of Currenc since March 2021 and has been involved with the board of directors and as a founder of the Sponsor since November 2021. With a strong background in financial leadership and investment strategy, Kevin Chen has established himself as a prominent figure in the SPAC landscape, contributing to multiple successful ventures.
