Gary M. Julien

Gary M. Julien has been serving as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development since August 2015. In addition to his role as Executive Vice President, he has also held the position of Director since the consummation of the Business Combination on December 18, 2020. Mr. Julien's extensive experience in corporate development and financial management is further underscored by his role as Principal Financial and Accounting Officer. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in guiding the strategic direction of the organizations he has been involved with, particularly in the context of Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs).
