Evan Lovell

Evan Lovell, 52, is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the SPAC sector. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of VG Acquisition Corp (VGAC), a position he has held since the company's inception. Mr. Lovell has been a member of the VGAC Board and has played a pivotal role in the organization since its establishment. In addition to his responsibilities at VGAC, Mr. Lovell is the Chief Investment Officer of the Virgin Group, where he oversees the management of the Virgin Group’s investment team. His leadership and strategic insights have been instrumental in guiding the investment strategies of the Virgin Group. Mr. Lovell has also been a member of the board of directors since the closing of the Virgin Galactic Business Combination in October 2019, further solidifying his influence and contributions within the Virgin Group and the broader financial landscape.
