Eli Baker

Eli Baker has been a prominent figure in the SPAC landscape, serving in various executive roles across multiple entities. He has been a member of Silver Eagle’s board of directors since July 23, 2014, and has held the position of Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for the company. In addition to his role at Silver Eagle, Mr. Baker has been the President, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary of the company since July 2017. He also served as Double Eagle’s Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary from June 2015 through its business combination in November 2017. Mr. Baker has been the President, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary of DEAC since March 2019. Furthermore, he has been serving as President and Chief Financial Officer since October 2020, most recently overseeing the business combination of Flying Eagle with Skillz, Inc. In his current capacity, Eli Baker has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of SEAC since November 2021. He is also a Partner in Eagle Equity Partners, further solidifying his influence and expertise in the financial and SPAC sectors.
