Craig Broderick

Craig Broderick is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in risk management and corporate governance. He served as a Senior Director at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he had a distinguished 32-year career, culminating in his retirement in January 2018. During his tenure, he also held the position of Chief Risk Officer, contributing significantly to the firm's risk management strategies. In addition to his role at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Broderick has been actively involved in the SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) sector. He has served as a director of RMG III since its inception and was a director of RMG I from February 2019 until its business combination with Romeo Power in October 2020.
